AGE RESTRICTIONS: Hydraline LLC will not provide infusions with additives to anyone under the age of 18. Basic fluid hydration services for anyone under the age of 18 must be approved by the Nurse Practitioner on a case to case basis. A legal parent or guardian must complete all forms on behalf of the minor, and must remain present throughout the duration of the infusion.

PRIVACY: Hydraline LLC takes personal privacy very seriously. We adhere to all HIPAA guidelines to protect our clients. Clients may request a printed copy of our privacy policy at any time.

CANCELATIONS: All NAD+ infusions require a $150 deposit that must be paid at the time of booking. This is due to the special ordering and shipping of the product. If an appointment for NAD+ is canceled within the six (6) hours leading up the the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. Hydraline LLC is a mobile business and therefor some of the supplies and equipment are prepared ahead of time. Supplies cannot be reshelved once opened.

PAYMENTS: Deposits for NAD+ must be paid though the booking site at the time of booking. Payment plans for all bookings available through our Square page. Cash and credit card payments only. Personal checks will not be accepted.

ADD-ONs: Most of the additives that Hydraline uses can be added on to any infusion. Add-on services are available at an additional charge. Cost varies depending on the additive.
